We are looking for an experienced project manager in electrical engineering who wants to take a leading role in the planning and design of modern, sustainable facilities for the Life Science and Pharma industry. Your New Position

You will be part of the Life Science & Pharma unit, which consists of 18 dedicated employees in Sweden. We develop and manage projects for clients in the food and pharmaceutical sectors – primarily in Sweden, but we also contribute our expertise to projects in other countries. At Ramboll, we work in global teams, and in Life Science & Pharma, we have a particularly close collaboration with colleagues in Denmark and the UK. For us, it is natural to share knowledge and draw inspiration from experiences in other countries – this allows us to offer our clients the best solutions.

As a project manager in electrical engineering, you will have overall responsibility for the electrical technical track in our projects. This means that you will lead and monitor the projects' quality, budget, timeline, and client contacts. Your responsibilities include:

• Project management in complex assignments within the life and pharmaceutical industry
• Coordinating, leading, and distributing both resources and tasks
• Establishing and deepening client relationships and creating new business opportunities with both existing and new clients
• Contributing to technological development and innovative solutions in assignments
• Collaborating with colleagues across technical and geographical boundaries to find the best solutions

About You

• Relevant education in electrical engineering, power engineering, or telecommunications
• Solid experience in project management in a consulting role
• The ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners
• Engagement and drive to push projects forward
• Interest in sustainability, digitalization, and innovation
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Interest in developing our collaboration with colleagues both in Sweden and globally.

Experience from life and pharmaceutical projects is an advantage but not a requirement. If you are an experienced project manager looking to take on new, challenging projects – and perhaps eventually step into a team leader role – this could be the position for you!
