We are now looking for a Night Front Office Staff member at Home Hotel Victoria in Jönköping, who wants to become part of our family.

As part of the Front Office team at Home Hotel, you are the heart of the guest experience – you welcome, guide, and ensure that every stay begins and ends in the best possible way. You create a warm and personal atmosphere where guests feel genuinely at home. With your energy, eye for detail, and natural ability to make people feel seen and appreciated, you help make every stay special.

We are now looking for a responsible and service-oriented night receptionist to join our team! As a night receptionist, you are responsible for the hotel during the night. You work independently and have overall responsibility for ensuring that operations run smoothly – from taking care of our guests to managing practical routines.

Your responsibilities include:

• Serving at the bar.
• Cleaning public areas and conference rooms.
• Preparing breakfast for the next day.
• Check-ins and check-outs as well as booking management.
• Security rounds and alarm procedures.

You ensure that our guests receive the best possible care. The shifts are scheduled on both weekdays and weekends. You are proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. You have good computer skills or are willing to learn. You take great responsibility for your tasks and ensure that they are performed with high quality.

Your responsibilities also include:

• Welcoming every guest with a warm and personal greeting, so their first and last impressions are unforgettable.
• Being the guests' obvious contact person and offering help, recommendations, and everything that contributes to a homely experience.
• Collaborating with colleagues to create a smooth and pleasant stay for all guests.

This is a permanent position of about 82% with a start date by agreement. The position involves night work every other week.

• You have an eye for detail and can make quick decisions when needed.
• You understand that sales and service go hand in hand, and that together we achieve our common goals.
• You are adaptable, solution-oriented, and approach each night with a positive attitude.
• You work independently and take initiative, while also enjoying being part of a team that supports each other.

Bonus points for:

• Experience from hotel reception or other types of customer service.
• Experience with Mews or other hotel booking systems.
