THE ROLE As a sous chef, you will lead the daily operations & be present. You are confident in yourself, see solutions, and potential paths forward for the guest and employee journey. You are structured, quality-assure processes, and ensure that the highest quality is maintained at all levels. The goal is satisfied guests. You will actively work with sustainability.
