About the Job

Hestraviken is now looking for a chef or cold kitchen assistant for our cold kitchen on a full-time basis.

In this role, you will primarily work in the cold kitchen where you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of, among other things:

• starters
• salads and cold dishes
• desserts and sweet dishes
• baked goods and bread
• preparations for buffets and serving

The work is done in close collaboration with other chefs in the kitchen. We serve hotel guests, meeting guests, and restaurant guests, which means a varied job where quality, good ingredients, and teamwork are important.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• has experience from restaurant kitchens or cold kitchens
• is meticulous and structured in their work
• enjoys working in a team
• has an interest in cooking and baking

Experience in cold kitchen work, dessert preparation, or baking is an advantage.

• Working hours: Varying working hours, including evenings and weekends

Hestraviken Hotel & Restaurant is a family-owned hotel beautifully located in nature by Isaberg in Småland. Here, guests are greeted by nature, a spa, and good food prepared with care.

The restaurant is a central part of the experience, and we serve hotel guests, meeting guests, and private guests year-round.
