We are now looking for a responsible and service-oriented night receptionist to join our team at Home Hotel Victoria in Jönköping for the summer! As a night receptionist, you will be responsible for the hotel during the night. You will work independently and have overall responsibility for ensuring that operations run smoothly – from taking care of our guests to managing practical routines.

Your responsibilities:

• Check-ins and check-outs as well as booking management.
• Prepare for the next day's breakfast service.
• Conduct regular safety rounds and be aware of the hotel's alarm procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a smooth and pleasant stay for all guests.

This is a temporary position with a start date to be agreed upon. The role includes varying working hours, including nights, evenings, and weekends.

• You are a night owl and thrive best working at night.
• You enjoy creating personal connections and have a genuine interest in making each guest's stay unique.
• You are adaptable, solution-oriented, and approach each night with a positive attitude.
• You work independently and take initiative, while also enjoying being part of a team that supports each other.
• You must be at least 20 years old to be responsible for serving.

Bonus points for:

• Experience in previous night work.
• Experience with Mews or other hotel booking systems.
