THE ROLE As a chef, you ensure that your station is clean and tidy, that the prep work is done, and that the food delivered is of the highest quality. You are open and adaptable in the workplace. You are confident in yourself, see solutions, and potential pathways forward for both guests and colleagues. You are structured, organized, and maintain the high standards that are currently sought after.
