Do you want to lead the gastronomy at one of southern Sweden's most renowned destinations? We are now looking for an experienced head chef who wants to take overall responsibility and continue to develop the dining experience at Hooks Herrgård, where quality, nature, and enjoyment meet.

As head chef, you have overall responsibility for several kitchen units and lead a team of about 20 employees. The role is both strategic and operational – you drive development, quality, and profitability while being a present and inspiring leader.

You report to the F&B Manager and collaborate closely with other departments to create a holistic experience where food, service, and environment interact.

You are responsible for:

• The Herrgårdsrestaurant (breakfast, lunch, dinner year-round)

• Hooks Bistro (seasonal, April–October)

• Bakery and conference snacks

• Spa menu (with development potential in connection with expansion)

• Lead and develop the team

• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation

• Drive menu development with a focus on seasonality and sustainability

• Be responsible for budget, cost control, and staffing

• Has solid experience leading a kitchen, preferably from a larger establishment

• Is confident in economics and structure

• Is passionate about taste, ingredients, and the overall experience

• Leads with engagement, clarity, and joy at work
