Vox Hotel is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our 142 rooms include suites and deluxe rooms with expansive lake views over Vättern. In the lounge, there is plenty of workspace and space for relaxation. On the 6th floor, you will find our gym with a magnificent lake view. On the ground floor, you will find Vox Restaurant, serving breakfast and dinner. Vox Hotel is located in the heart of Jönköping, close to the train and bus stations, as well as shopping, culture, and nightlife.

Vox Hotel is in an exciting phase and is expanding! We are building a large conference floor and increasing the number of rooms to become one of Jönköping city's largest hotels. The inauguration will take place in the spring of 2027. Do you want to be part of our journey?

The Job

We are looking for you who want to exceed all our guests' expectations. Vox Hotel's receptionists are energetic, driven by joy in work, curiosity, and passion. Therefore, we place great emphasis on your personality and want you to be passionate about both your own and the industry's development.

As a person, you are proactive, responsible, outgoing, and service-minded with a strong team spirit. You are comfortable both leading and being led. You should have high professional pride and a preference for always delivering top-class service.

Daily reception work includes, among other things, handling arrival lists, advance payments, and invoicing. Check-in and check-out, answering emails and phones, and following our administrative routines and checklists. We place great emphasis on caring for our regular guests and warmly welcoming new ones. You will also continuously monitor customer satisfaction through the hotel's feedback system.

You will contribute to a good working climate where everyone supports each other, both within your own department and between other departments. Bar service is part of the job duties.

The position includes weekend and shift work.

The position is 80% with the possibility of expansion.

You must be 20 years of age.

Training takes place in August, with a start date no later than September 1st.

The Talent

• You have lots of energy, courage, and enthusiasm.
• You have good computer skills.
• Previous experience with reception and hotel booking systems is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
