About Us

Hooks Herrgård is a fantastic venue located 20 minutes south of Jönköping. We have been named Sweden's best meeting place several times, we have two beautiful golf courses, a sharp kitchen, and one of Scandinavia's best Spa & Fitness facilities. Today, our spa team consists of approximately 25 skilled employees distributed across spa, treatments, and fitness.

About the Job

Many people want to visit our lovely spa, and now we are looking for more employees as we expand our operations. Can you offer our guests a unique experience with high quality and personal attention? Then you could be one of us.

As a spa employee, you will have a varied workday where you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for the daily operation of the spa department. No two days are alike, and you will switch between several different tasks. The pace can be high at times, and you need to be able to prioritize, collaborate, and provide good service – even when many guests need your help simultaneously.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Welcoming, checking in, and checking out guests
• Introducing guests to the spa
• Serving food and drinks in the spa bar
• Keeping the spa area clean, welcoming, and in order
• Receiving bookings and payments
• Selling Kerstin Florian products and rituals
• Making orders for daily operations

About You

You have a genuine interest in service and enjoy meeting people. Making guests feel welcome and cared for comes naturally to you.

You are responsible, flexible, and thrive working with others. You take initiative, are happy to help where needed, and contribute to a positive work climate.

A driver's license and access to a car or moped are required as other communication is limited.

Information

Scope: approx. 20%, with the possibility of extra shifts when needed and summer jobs.

Working Hours: Every other weekend. Our spa is open between 09:00–23:00, and as a supplementary employee, you will primarily work evenings.

Start Date: September.
