Isaberg is looking for an Event Maître d' who can lead the dining room operations with an executive approach. In this role, you will work proactively with service, sales, profitability, as well as employee and guest satisfaction in daily operations.

We place great emphasis on your personality and leadership skills, particularly your ability to build successful teams. You are a stable and confident person with a high sense of service and good collaboration skills, setting high standards for yourself and those around you. To thrive in this role, you need good structure, attention to detail, and a strong desire to develop. You must be accustomed to a fast-paced work environment and capable of taking holistic responsibility.

Qualifications such as experience in similar positions, preferably in a leadership role, along with bar training or other education in serving, food and beverage (or equivalent experience), are meritorious. A love and pride for the service profession, food, and beverage are essential, as is the ability to provide natural hospitality.

The employment can be between 80% and 100%. The position is permanent after a 6-month probationary period. Palmgrengruppen is a member of Visita and applies collective agreements. Isaberg is a smoke-free workplace.
