About the role

As Team Leader/Maitre d' in the dining room, you play a key role in both the guest experience and daily operations. You are responsible for ensuring that service, staffing, and flow work seamlessly – from welcoming and seating guests to concluding the evening after dinner.

You lead and support the service team in their daily work, acting as a natural link between the dining room, kitchen, and reception, while ensuring that our high demands for quality, hospitality, and attention to detail are met. The role is operational and hands-on, where you participate in the service yourself while creating structure, security, and rhythm for the team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in serving and preferably a leadership role in a restaurant environment
• Is confident, clear, and inspiring in your leadership
• Has a good holistic view and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Is passionate about service, hospitality, and details
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
• Has a driver's license and access to a car (due to our nature-oriented location)

About the employment

Type of employment: Permanent

Start date: According to agreement, preferably immediately

Working hours: Varying day and evening shifts, as well as work every third weekend

• Salary: Fixed monthly salary according to agreement
