About the Job

Hestraviken is now looking for a cook or cold kitchen assistant for our cold kitchen on a full-time basis.

In this role, you will primarily work in the cold kitchen, where you are responsible for preparing and cooking items such as:

• Appetizers
• Salads and cold dishes
• Desserts
• Baked goods and bread
• Preparations for buffets and service

You will work in close collaboration with the other chefs in the kitchen. We serve hotel guests, meeting guests, and restaurant guests, which means a varied workload where quality, good ingredients, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• has experience from a restaurant kitchen or cold kitchen
• is meticulous and structured in their work
• enjoys working in a team
• has an interest in cooking and baking

Experience working in a cold kitchen, dessert preparation, or baking is considered an asset.

• Working hours: Variable hours, including evenings and weekends

Hestraviken Hotel & Restaurant is a family-owned hotel beautifully located in nature near Isaberg in Småland. At our hotel, guests are welcomed by nature, spa facilities, and delicious food prepared with care.

The restaurant is a central part of the experience, and we serve hotel guests, meeting guests, and private guests year-round.
