As a casual employee, you replace permanent staff during short-term absences. This means you perform the tasks included in the regular work at the workplace where you are assigned.

Are you a secure and flexible person who finds it easy to collaborate? As a substitute, you need to be able to adapt to new situations, as you may work at different workplaces and working hours may vary.

As a person, you are service-oriented and understand the importance of good customer service. You find it easy to collaborate and can adapt to changes. We believe that diversity, different competencies, and experiences contribute to a good work environment.

We conduct selections and hold interviews continuously – but the need for new casual employees varies, which means the process may take different amounts of time.

In meal services, you will have a creative and creative job where you prepare and cook varied and nutritious meals. As a casual cook or kitchen assistant, you can work in both large-scale production kitchens and smaller single-cook kitchens. It is an advantage if you have education focused on restaurants and large-scale kitchens, at the upper secondary or post-secondary level.

Qualifications

To qualify as a casual employee, you need to:

• communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• have computer literacy

It is an advantage if you:

• have previous experience in the profession
• have a B driving license and access to a car

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is required for work as a casual employee.
