JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an employee in home care, you will provide support, service, and care to individuals who live at home and need help to manage their daily lives. You have an important mission where you, together with colleagues, create safety, continuity, and good quality for our users. The tasks include personal care, transfers, delegated health and medical tasks, cleaning, laundry, shopping, meal service, and social support based on individual needs. You always work according to decisions and implementation plans and actively contribute to ensuring that the user receives the time and support that is granted.

The role also includes ongoing documentation in our systems, reporting deviations, and noticing changes in the users' health and well-being. The work requires you to be attentive, responsible, and able to meet people with respect, safety, and professionalism. You collaborate closely with colleagues, nurses, therapists, and planners, and are an important part of the team's joint efforts for high quality.

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or has experience in care and support. You need to be able to work independently, be stress-resistant, and confident in prioritizing when necessary. A driver's license is a requirement.
