The department operates around the clock and we strive for good and equitable care with high quality as well as employees with appropriate competence. The nursing work is varied and includes both traditional nursing tasks and medical technical duties. The tasks can change quickly depending on which patients are currently being cared for. After about a year of experience in the infectious disease clinic, you will be double-competent and able to handle both infectious and ear patients. As an employee, you will be part of different responsibility groups and thus also have several development opportunities. You can engage in areas such as patient safety, emergency teams, and mentoring students.

We are a relatively small clinic with close collaboration between professions, and we work closely in teams of doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries. This creates a dynamic workplace with engaged employees. We have fun together!

About You

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with a focus on emergency care. The work as a nursing assistant in collaborative care department 39 requires an interest and knowledge to care for both infectious and ear patients. We expect you to have several years of experience working as a nursing assistant in inpatient care. As a person, you take initiative and get things done with good results. You see opportunities in changes and work well with others with the focus on the operation. You are someone who can handle rapid changes, has the ability to make quick priorities with good judgment, and make decisions based on the patient's best interests. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
