We are looking for more people to join my fantastic team! - Part-time job as a substitute when needed, both scheduled shifts with advance notice and the possibility to step in at short notice. Primarily, these are overnight shifts with a few hours of sleeping duty. There may also be shorter shifts to fill gaps in the schedule. Most of the time, it is possible to combine this with studies or remote projects. I am a 27-year-old woman with a muscle disease and use a wheelchair. I need assistance mainly for the physical aspects of my daily life. For me, personal assistance is about enabling me to be independent. I lead an active life and live in my own apartment centrally in Nynäshamn. I am currently studying graphic design full-time and freelancing on the side. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I have interests in design, interior decoration, beauty, skincare, cooking, music, art, and culture. Your role as an assistant is to compensate for my weak muscles by being in the background and helping me with practical matters so that I can maintain my roles as a friend, colleague, sister, and daughter. Having personal assistance is crucial for me to live the life I desire. I am looking for someone who is reliable, meticulous, and has a sense of service. You need to be organized and able to follow instructions easily. You should be self-assured and enjoy your own company. You should be able to go with the flow, adapt to different situations, and have the ability to switch between high and low tempo. It is especially important that you are attentive, flexible, and have a sense of personal integrity. Previous experience in personal assistance is not a requirement; personal chemistry is the most important. Requirements: - Over 18 years old - Identify as a woman - Have good physical condition (this is a practical job and it can be difficult with back or knee problems, etc.) - Can speak and write Swedish - Non-smoker.
