Flexible Evening Nurse Wanted for Heby Municipality

The Role

• Working as an evening nurse in Heby Municipality involves conducting both urgent and planned assessments and actions at VåBo, in regular housing, and within support functions.
• The schedule is set at 70%
• You will have patient contact, administrative tasks, and telephone advice.
• You will guide and delegate health and medical tasks to care staff.
• You will work in the southern part of the municipality and be based in Heby.

You will receive an individual introduction plan with us and a contact person who will help you settle in and introduce you to our systems and working methods. We collaborate closely and willingly with all colleagues in the workgroup, which gives us a common development.

Like us, you enjoy mentoring colleagues in health and medical issues. You are motivated to organize care in the best way for our residents together with us. You feel confident in your ability to prioritize, lead others, and take responsibility.

We Want You To:

• Be a licensed nurse.
• Have at least 1 year of work experience in the profession.
• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
• Hold a B driver's license for manual cars.

It is an advantage if you have work experience from municipal primary care.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
