Ramlösa Friskola is a smaller school located in a picturesque area with good opportunities for activities in the surroundings. The school's 160 students are divided into grades F-6. The after-school care at the school is divided into two different units, one for younger students and one for older ones. Our vision is to conduct an educational activity with children at the center, where all students have the opportunity to develop according to their own conditions.

The position at the school involves work both in the classroom and in after-school care. You will work together with other teachers/educators to plan, implement, and evaluate the educational work, and together you will create the best possible learning environment for all students.

We are looking for someone who...

has a suitable educational background (educational training is a requirement) and has the ability to build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. It is important to us that you have a positive attitude towards your work with the students and that you see opportunities rather than obstacles. We expect you to have good collaboration skills and to be flexible. We also expect you to be attentive to individuals' different conditions and needs.

It is advantageous for the position if you:

· are qualified to teach music, sports, or Spanish

· have experience working with children in need of special support

· have previously worked in a school or preschool

The position's employment rate is: 80-100%
