JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for you who are a nurse and want to work in municipal health and medical care. We currently have vacancies at Special Housing for the elderly, but other placements may be relevant based on preferences.

Working as a nurse in a special housing facility means an independent and meaningful assignment where you make a real difference in the daily lives of elderly individuals. The role combines medical responsibility with close, continuous, and person-centered nursing work. You will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with the residents, monitor their health development, and be a central source of security in their lives.

The work is versatile: you make medical assessments, plan and follow up on treatments, coordinate efforts with nursing staff and other professionals, and maintain close contact with relatives. You work from a holistic perspective where quality, safety, and dignity are at the center.

As a nurse in special housing, you will utilize your full competence both clinically and in providing educational support to colleagues. The role suits you who appreciate variety, responsibility, teamwork, and working systematically with routines and quality work. It is a job where you see the significance of your work every day.

You are responsible for guiding and supervising staff in HSL and delegating HSL efforts. You have great freedom in your assignment and in the organization of your work.
