Nurse at Stenhagen Health Center!

We are looking for you who want to work as a nurse with us and welcome you to a safe and stable workgroup with good collaboration and an open work climate. We offer a full-time one-year temporary position, with start date by agreement and good opportunities for extension. We are looking for someone interested in working with the elderly.

Your assignment

Your tasks as a nurse at the health center are varied. This includes medically assessing and helping patients in telephone advice and during consultations. You will be responsible for our elderly reception and become part of our palliative team. You will work in the digital tools 1177 and Prator/Cosmic Link for correspondence with, for example, the municipality's home healthcare. You will work closely with other professionals. Your work environment will vary between working from home, home visits, and on-site consultations at the health center.

Your qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, preferably with experience from primary care and work at a health center. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working with the elderly, preferably within Municipal HSV.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and see that you as a person are good at planning, organizing, and prioritizing work effectively. You are positive and can easily create contact with both patients and colleagues. You have a flexible working style and good ability to collaborate with others in the team, while also having the experience and drive to work independently. Since part of the job involves home visits to the elderly, it is important that you feel comfortable with this and that you have a driver's license.
