Preschool Operations

is part of the Education Administration. We work for an equal preschool where every child's right to education is in focus, clarifying professional roles and responsibilities for preschool teachers and childcare workers. Our vision is that preschool should support every child regardless of their circumstances so that everyone has the opportunity to develop towards the goals. Our goal is to offer supportive learning in an inspiring and safe environment that meets the needs of individuals and society. With us, professional development and networking occur continuously. We have a comprehensive professional development plan and five study days per year. The Preschool Operations have their own special educators. All our preschools have work clothes for both indoor and outdoor use, part of our efforts to increase attendance in the operations.

Preschool Unit Boberg

consists of the preschools Fornåsa and Klockrike, which are part of the eastern preschool area. Our values require that everyone working in our preschools should highlight the inherent value of every person and respect for our shared environment. Our preschools should be permeated by a curious approach where we meet each individual with respect and in a responsive manner.

This temporary position applies to Klockrike preschool.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a preschool teacher, you are part of a team where you together create good conditions for education at the preschool. You lead goal-oriented processes in teaching and are responsible for ensuring that planning and implementation are based on the curriculum and that the preschool's educational idea, values, and mission are upheld in the work. You develop pedagogical content and environments that inspire development and learning, challenge and stimulate children's interests and curiosity, and maintain their attention. Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring that spontaneously arising activities, interests, everyday activities, and routines at the preschool become part of the teaching. In teaching, you are responsible for ensuring that care, development, and learning form a whole. As a preschool teacher, you lead and are responsible for the systematic quality work so that each child's development is continuously followed up, documented, and analyzed. You plan, document, and evaluate education based on individual and group levels and adapt and develop education according to children's interests and needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Formal Competencies:

• You are a qualified preschool teacher with an associated preschool teacher license intended for work in preschools
• You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
• It is meritorious if you have experience working with children in preschool or other work that the employer assesses as equivalent.

Personal Competencies:

• You organize and plan your work well, work according to a clear process where you complete what you have started. You set deadlines and meet them.
• Works well with other people. Relates to them in a responsive and smooth manner. You can adapt and find win-win solutions through an unpretentious focus on the common goal.
• You have the ability to understand different aspects of a problem and can find ideal solutions effectively. You solve problems without missing long-term strategies. You see logic and connections in complex information or environments.
