Hede Preschool

Hede Preschool has two departments. The preschool is located near forests and nature. Härjedalen Municipality is a Sámi administrative area, and the preschool therefore works with Sámi integration. We are constantly working on the development and quality assurance of the preschool, known as systematic quality work.

Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a childcare worker will be to work in accordance with the preschool curriculum LpFö2018. You will be involved in planning, monitoring, and documenting the activities, as well as implementing the educational activities for children aged 1-5 years together with the team.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained childcare worker or has good experience in the profession. You should be used to taking responsibility, be attentive to children's expressions of will, be a present educator who easily collaborates with different people, and always focus on your mission with the children. Good language skills in Sámi are an advantage. The role also involves being a good role model for children and colleagues and having a good understanding of the equal value of all people - what we call a trusting approach. For this position, presenting a police record extract is a prerequisite for employment.
