JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to make a difference? As a student resource, you are a key player for students with special needs - you help create a manageable school day!

We are now looking for a suitable person for a combined student resource substitute position during the spring term of 2026.

The assignment as a student resource is placed both in the adapted primary school and in Mörsil School's newly started resource track.

As a student resource, you and your colleagues in the work team will work with students with special needs. You work closely with the students and support them in their knowledge development, social development, and the care needs the student has.

You will work closely with the students to create conditions for their learning, remove obstacles in teaching, and create a good learning environment.

You will be part of a team that is engaged and professional and has experience in meeting the current student group. Collaboration and well-being are important factors for the work team, and you contribute to a positive working environment for both colleagues and students.

Some medication management may be included in the job responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has experience working with students in need of special support. Previous experience working with autism, language disorders, or neuropsychiatric disabilities is an advantage.

As a person, you should be easy to collaborate with and contribute to a positive work climate and an effective work group. You have the ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.

You have a low-arousal approach.
