Scope and Start

The position is 85% and the work is scheduled for daytime, evening, and every other weekend. Immediate start according to agreement.

What Does the Job Entail?

The days are varied with a great opportunity to contribute to people's quality of life. You support, assist with practical matters, and provide service based on the customer's needs and wishes. The most important thing is that you enjoy building relationships and are good with people.

What Background Do I Need?

For some, this might be a great chance to get their first job, for others it’s about being tired of their current industry and wanting to do something meaningful, and for a third, it could be a longing to continue in care but change employers. There is no right answer – we recruit people who have a solution-focused mindset, empathetic values, and want to grow with us.

So Does It Matter If I Have Relevant Experience?

Yes, of course, we see it as a positive if you have worked in care and done it well! Training as a nursing assistant or equivalent is also meritorious but not a requirement.
