As part of our support team, you will have a varied everyday life, close to the technology and close to the users. You will be the link between the electrician in the field and our hardware and software teams – thus gaining a unique opportunity to influence future features and solutions.

In this role, you will primarily focus on providing professional and appreciated support to electrical installers in the Nordic region, mainly in Sweden. You will handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and social media, and also work with wholesaler-related issues.

Additionally, you will be an important part of our feedback flow: you will pick up patterns, needs, and problems from the market and then pass this on to our development teams. In short – you help us become even better.

We believe that you:

• Are a trained electrician or have equivalent experience from the installation industry
• Love technology and have no problem navigating apps, digital tools, and smart solutions
• Enjoy talking on the phone and are comfortable in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Have a service mindset and enjoy helping others
• Like variety and learning new things

Your tasks may include:

• Support for electrical installers in the Nordic region (phone, email, and social media)
• Handling complaints and product issues
• Function and product testing
• Being the link between customers and development
• Technical support for salespeople and projects
• Assisting in planning and executing trade shows
