About the position
At Bonzi, we are looking for new colleagues who want to work as personal assistants as needed for our female client in Farsta. We are also looking for those who want to work part-time, approximately 50%.
Night shifts may occur.
Furthermore, our client is only seeking female applicants.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily routines such as household chores
- Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
- Lifting may occur during transfers, so you need to be physically strong
- Accompany on activities
The position involves work shifts scheduled as follows:
- 07:00-16:00 Weekdays
- 08:00-16:00 Weekends
- 16:00-08:00 sleeping on-call with a waiting time of 5 hours on weekdays and weekends.
About the client
The client is a woman in her 30s studying at university. She needs your help as an assistant in her daily life due to a physical disability.
Are you the one we are looking for:
You are solution-focused, proactive, responsible, and have a good sense of initiative and a strong work ethic.
The work varies in pace according to the client's needs, so it is important that you are attentive to her requirements. Our client is fully verbal and communicates what needs to be done, but you still need to be able to read situations and take initiative while being comfortable in a more observant role.
It is not a requirement that you have worked as a personal assistant before; the most important thing is that the chemistry is right, and you will learn the rest as long as you have the interest.
It is an advantage if you have: Professional experience as a personal assistant.
Requirements:
- Non-smoker
- Flexible to work varying hours
- Ability to work night shifts with sleeping on-call (waiting time may occur)
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Physically strong, manual transfers may occur
Scope: 1 substitute as needed. 1 part-time position 50%
Start date: Interviews are ongoing and may be filled before the application deadline
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
