Our client is a global biopharmaceutical company and is now looking for a new colleague for the role of Transport Coordinator. In this role, you will be part of a team of seven people, which includes three colleagues (plus yourself) working in the same role as you, where you support each other in tackling challenging cases. This is not a role where you simply process cases on a routine basis – instead, you will work with a few complex cases at a time where your logistics expertise and problem-solving skills are your best friends – and where your colleagues are there to support you just as you support them. To summarize your role, you will

• Coordinate international deliveries of temperature-sensitive products and collaborate with external senders, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and recipients, as well as with colleagues within the organization.
• Be responsible for transport schedules, report and investigate deviations, NCs, and CAPAs.
• Handle invoices and follow up on transport costs.
• Maintain close and effective relationships with external service providers, primarily in transport and temperature control.
• Work with transport flows, self-checks, and cost management.
• Drive continuous improvements of established transport flows.
• Support the planning and implementation of new products and launches in new markets.
• Ensure good relationships with our client's prioritized transport providers, such as freight forwarders, warehouses, and other stakeholders.

• Has proven experience in a coordinating role within logistics and transport
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• We prefer that you have experience with temperature control from a previous role as it is a central part of this position
