Technical Support Technician

About the role

As a support technician, you will be part of the company's service center, where you are the first point of contact when users call in with technical questions. You primarily assist system administrators and healthcare personnel who use the company's digital solutions for home care and elderly care. The cases range from systems and apps to alarms and hardware, and you often resolve them directly with the customer over the phone.

You will work in a close-knit team with both first and second line support, where you will own your own cases, collaborate closely with colleagues, and contribute to developing how the company handles support. This role is suitable for you who want to grow within IT and technology, but who also has a passion for service and clear communication.

About you

You are curious, responsible, and enjoy interacting with people. You have a genuine interest in technology and thrive in a role where you can troubleshoot, solve problems, and explain technical matters in a pedagogical way. You are comfortable taking calls, remain calm even when the pace is high, and are not afraid to ask for help when you need it.

Requirements

Relevant education or relevant work experience
Good knowledge of the Office suite
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious

Knowledge of Danish, Finnish, and/or Norwegian languages.
