Business Developer with a Focus on Data Analysis

As a business developer focusing on data analysis, you will play an important role in the Social Administration's work to strengthen our data-driven approach. You will work closely with the operations, providing knowledge support to facilitate well-founded decisions and contribute to using our data in a smart and responsible way both today and in the future.

Your Responsibilities

• Be the bridge between the operations and the service administration's data team
• Model and structure data sets to enable insight-driven analysis and translate complex data needs into practical and usable solutions
• Build reports in Power BI and ensure data quality
• The work includes data visualization, reporting, and predictive analysis
• Participate in national development work within the framework of Handslaget, NUSO, and ISU
• Other development work within the digitalization-IT area, such as conducting needs analyses and driving development processes with user-employee involvement.
• Conduct workshops and training in the area. Present cases in committees and management groups.

Your Experience

To succeed in this role, you need experience in data analysis and data management, and you should be comfortable working with complex information and translating it into clear and usable insights. You also have experience in process management and investigative work, and a post-secondary education in, for example, computer science, informatics, or another equivalent field that provides you with the right analytical and technical foundation. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a good understanding of English. A genuine interest in the Social Administration's area of operation and the target groups we serve is crucial and a prerequisite for thriving and succeeding in the assignment.

It is advantageous if you have experience in the social services area, project management, information security, or agile development work. It is also positive if you have training in Power BI or SQL skills.
