About the role

You will be an important part of a cross-functional project team working on future platforms and concepts. You will work in an experienced and collaborative team developing software for world-leading industrial networking products.

The company's products are used in demanding real-time environments and must meet high standards for performance, security, and reliability. You will work closely with the hardware focusing on efficient, maintainable, and secure embedded C/C++ code. The role includes both design and development as well as troubleshooting, verification, and continuous improvement.

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software in C/C++
• Actively contribute to a high-quality and maintainable codebase
• Explore and evaluate new technologies to drive innovation
• Participate in design and technical discussions
• Collaborate with colleagues in hardware, software, and product development
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize for performance and reliability

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a master's degree in electrical engineering, technical physics, or equivalent
• Is curious, meticulous, and enjoys understanding how things work in depth
• Thrives in a lab environment and may even have a personal electronics project at home
• Is communicative and unafraid to reach out to colleagues to solve problems
• Speaks and writes in Swedish and English

About the employment:

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will initially be employed by Friday with the ambition of transitioning to the client.
