We are looking for a senior meeting scheduler to support our client in building an efficient and scalable structure for contacting landlords. The role is central to the client's efforts to increase the number of collaborations and ensure that the landlord managers and CEO have the right meetings at the right level. The assignment involves proactive work, active relationship building, and responsibility for a professional and reliable meeting scheduling function.

Schedule meetings for landlord managers and the CEO with new and existing landlords.

Identify the right contacts and conduct proactive outreach.

Manage meeting scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups in Outlook calendar.

Ensure high quality in communication and a positive first contact with potential partners.

A continuous stream of relevant and qualified meetings.

Clear and structured calendar management.

A stable and long-term meeting scheduling function with minimal onboarding effort from the client.

At least 5 years of experience in meeting scheduling for both physical and digital meetings.

Comfortable with proactive work and reaching decision-makers.

Structured, communicative, and confident in working independently.

Experience acting as a long-term partner in similar consulting assignments.
