FALAB/LIBO is now looking for a practical, curious, and proactive person who wants to take on the responsibility as their new Operations Manager. Do you enjoy solving problems, taking responsibility, and working with various technical systems within properties? Do you have experience in plumbing, electrical work, telecommunications, access control systems, or similar technical fields? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

As an Operations Manager, you will work operationally with the management, maintenance, and optimization of FALAB/LIBO's property technical systems and installations. This can involve everything from heating, ventilation, and water to electricity, control, and access systems. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with other colleagues in the operations team – an engaged team with various specialist competencies that support each other in everyday tasks.

The work is varied, and you will largely plan your own day. You contribute to ensuring that our properties operate efficiently, energetically, and safely, while also having the opportunity to develop in a modern and technically advanced property company.

Examples of Responsibilities:

Operation, service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of technical systems
Inspections and preventive maintenance
Participation in official inspections and follow-up of actions
Monitoring and optimization of energy and operational costs
Collaboration with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with a genuine technical interest and experience in the operation or service of properties, facilities, or similar technical environments. You are a problem solver who enjoys variety in your workdays and thrives in both independent and team settings.

You are unpretentious, responsible, and have good collaborative skills – as team spirit is important to us. We value your willingness to learn new things, share your knowledge, and contribute to the group's collective development.

We would like you to have:

Experience in operation, service, or maintenance within property management, plumbing, electrical work, telecommunications, or access control systems
Understanding of how technical systems interact within a property
Technical education is a plus, but practical experience and a genuine interest in technology are highly valued
Proficiency in IT and the ability to read operational cards, electrical, and flow diagrams are advantageous
Driver's license (B)

Great emphasis will be placed on your personal suitability and your interest in technology and properties.

Working hours: 07:00–16:00, Monday–Friday
Location: Lindesberg with properties within the municipality

FALAB (Fastigheter i Linde AB) is a municipal property company that owns and manages 67 properties totaling 176,305 square meters with a value of 3.2 billion SEK. The company operates solely in Lindesberg municipality, from Ramsberg in the north to Fellingsbro in the south. The majority of the properties are operational premises – schools, preschools, elderly homes, group homes, sports halls, etc.
FALAB also owns the residential company Lindesbergsbostäder AB (LIBO), which manages 40 properties with over 1,100 apartments.
