Maintenance Technician for the Maintenance Team at DelMat AB

We are in a development phase where we have recently implemented several important improvements in Production and several projects are ongoing to further develop us.

We are looking for a solution-oriented Maintenance Technician who wants to be part of our maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

As a maintenance technician, you will work closely with the entire organization to ensure stable production operations.

You will collaborate closely with our maintenance and production departments.

You will help prioritize which maintenance needs to be done within the factory and share responsibility for ensuring agreed actions are carried out.

Your main tasks and responsibilities include:

* Troubleshooting and performing urgent actions

* Problem-solving

* Installation and repairs

* Working with preventive and ongoing maintenance and repair work.

* Assessing maintenance needs and addressing issues

* Participating in technical projects and improvement work within maintenance.

* Contributing to a developing and safe work environment and a reliable machinery park.

* Working towards having a safe and operational facility

* Ensuring that preventive maintenance activities are carried out as planned.

* Assembling, maintaining, and managing machinery equipment

* Being involved in long-term improvements regarding machinery facilities

Qualifications:

We would like you to have:

* Technical education at the high school level or equivalent

* Practical experience in the field

* Experience with electrical and control systems, machine processing, and welding

* Experience in the food industry is an advantage

Other requirements for the position:

* Good computer skills.

* Good language skills (Swedish and English).

* Good communication and collaboration skills.
