Do you have experience in production technology, preparation, or electrical engineering? Do you want to work in a high-tech environment where quality, precision, and safety are the focus? We are now helping BAE strengthen the Production Piece Electrical Assembly department with an engaged Preparer.

As a Preparer/Inspector, you will be part of the Production Piece Electrical Assembly section within the Production Department. The role offers a varied everyday life where practical work is combined with planning, documentation, and technical support to the operation. You will collaborate with several functions and contribute to both development and efficiency in production.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Conduct insulation tests and electrical inspections on pieces and electrical cabinets to ensure functionality, quality, and safety.
• Develop and update test programs in CAD for testing equipment.
• Establish control plans, troubleshooting documentation, and relevant documentation.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting on finished products.
• Report deviations and drive actions in dialogue with relevant departments.
• Contribute to competence development and knowledge sharing in the area.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant technical education or equivalent professional experience in electrical or production technology.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite.
• Knowledge of CAD and reading technical drawings.
• Experience working in MPS systems.
• Practical experience from production, preferably within electrical assembly or production technology.

The position involves work that is subject to defense secrecy, therefore we require Swedish citizenship. A security clearance and health check will be conducted before employment.
