Responsibilities and Duties

As a maintenance technician, you will be part of our maintenance team and work in 5-shift. Your main responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing machines and production equipment
• Planning and executing preventive maintenance according to established routines
• Participating in the installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Monitoring the operation of technical systems and reporting identified deviations
• Proactive work with improvement suggestions in operations, safety, and productivity
• Close collaboration with operators, production, and other technicians in the shift team

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in technical maintenance, repair, or service work within industry
• Technical high school education or equivalent experience
• Good understanding of mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, or automation
• Driving license B
• Basic knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Good computer skills; experience with maintenance systems is an advantage
