Process Operator Wanted for Temporary Position

Introduction

Do you want to gain valuable experience in process and operations work? NG Nordic is now looking for a dedicated process operator for a temporary position in operations in Kumla. The position starts on 2026-05-01 and runs until 2027-06-30. With us, you will work in a technical and safety-focused environment where you become an important part of the shift team and contribute to stable and sustainable operations.

Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will participate in the operation of our incineration plants, which involves monitoring and maintaining the plants and associated equipment. The work is conducted on a continuous 5-shift basis. You will be part of one of our regular shift teams and work closely with colleagues in operations and maintenance.

Your Qualifications

We prefer that you have/are:

• An interest in technology and a desire to develop together with a dedicated shift team
• Operational or process technical education at the high school level or ongoing technical education
• Experience with chemical process plants or process control systems (meritorious)
• At least 18 years old, with a driver's license and access to a car
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and safety-conscious
• Good teamwork skills and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
