We are looking for a nursing assistant at Villa Telegrafen who wants to work hours - day/evening/night. We offer training and several benefits.

About Villa Telegrafen

•  We will become a dementia-certified residence, which means that all of us who work here are trained in dementia and communication through Vardaga's Dementia Academy.
•  We have a collaboration with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and school holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to enhance the lives of our residents.
•  You have a team leader who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operation. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant.
•  Here we work with animals in care and regularly have visits from therapy dogs.
•  We are constantly working to come up with new, exciting activities for our residents. For example, we have introduced VR technology that allows for different travel experiences, adventures, or games through VR glasses. As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to meet people.

You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience in documentation are also advantageous. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will support you and provide opportunities for growth.
