JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a skilled and well-functioning home care team where the client is always the focus.

The job responsibilities include providing service, care, and home health care. You will also accompany clients on errands, such as walks, doctor visits, or shopping.

Home health care may, in certain situations, involve advanced tasks, and you should therefore be prepared to receive delegation and perform these tasks after training. You should be able to work independently with clients.

Client focus – great importance is placed on always having a good attitude towards our clients and colleagues. A professional approach is prioritized in our work.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the position, it is required to have a valid education from the care and nursing program or experience in elderly care (home care). It is also required to have proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, and to possess a B driver's license.

The position is a temporary contract for the year 2026 (January-December) with the possibility of extension. It can be part-time or full-time depending on agreement, but at least 80%. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, and every other weekend.

Home care is a field that is constantly changing, so it is beneficial if you are flexible and enjoy having a varied job.

To be considered for employment, you need to provide an extract from the police criminal record for individuals according to § 9, 1st paragraph.
