We are currently looking for an IT Manager at 100% for our IT department. The role is based at our support office in Kungälv, and you will report to the CFO.

Your mission

As the IT Manager for technology, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring that all technical equipment operates smoothly and efficiently at our gym facilities and our headquarters. You are the key person who ensures that network and internet connections, cash systems, access solutions, alarms, audio and screen systems, and video surveillance function and meet the operational needs in dialogue with external suppliers. Together with the IT Manager for the internal IT environment and external suppliers, you will ensure that STC's technical solutions are stable, secure, and future-proof.

A selection of responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring that local networks and internet connections at our facilities have secure configurations with segmentation and segregation.
• Work closely with our external suppliers to implement, update, and maintain the technical infrastructure. Ensure that SLAs are met and that all systems are functional and optimized.
• Actively manage and prioritize technical incidents affecting operations, and proactively work to minimize the risk of future disruptions.
• Ensure that technical systems are secure according to current security standards, regulations, and data protection requirements.
• Share responsibility for office IT by being available for ad hoc support together with the IT Manager for the internal IT environment.

You will have a central and strategic role in building and further developing our technical ecosystem, focusing on creating robust and standardized IT concepts that are both sustainable and easy to implement. Since we have gyms all over Sweden, travel will be required in the role.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, structured, and interested in secure and functional technical solutions. You are solution-oriented and have a natural ability to quickly identify and address technical challenges, whether it involves planned interventions or urgent problems requiring quick decisions and handling. You thrive with operational responsibility and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and step in where needed to ensure that operations run smoothly.

As a person, you are service-oriented and have a genuine desire to create positive experiences for both employees and members. You have an eye for detail while being able to see the big picture and understand how technical solutions work as a whole.

Requirements:

• Relevant education in IT or equivalent work experience in IT.
• Several years of experience in operational roles such as Senior Onsite Technician, IT Manager, TAM, or equivalent.
• Experience working with technical operations and maintenance, preferably in an organization with many physical locations.
• Experience collaborating and negotiating contracts with external suppliers and following up on deliveries and actions.
• Knowledge of IT security and the ability to implement secure technical solutions. Good and in-depth knowledge of IT security, with an understanding of both operational and strategic aspects.
• Fluent in speaking and writing in Swedish.

Meritorious:

• Experience working in an ISO 27001 certified environment, and knowledge of the processes and security requirements in such contexts.
• Knowledge of access control systems (ARX, Gantner, etc.)

• And of course, a great plus if you have an interest in health and fitness!
