Job Description

As a maintenance mechanic, you will work to ensure the availability of Paroc's production facilities through preventive and corrective maintenance guided by daily management every morning. Your work will include daily rounds, replacement of wear parts, motor replacements, and renovation of various mechanical parts. Since all maintenance work is based on work orders, writing reports after completed work and working in the SAP system will also be part of your tasks.

You will work at Paroc's facility in Hällekis, but travel to our workshop in Skövde may occur, hence the requirement for a driver's license.

Working hours are scheduled during the day from 07:00 to 15:30 and every fourth weekend.

Qualifications

We prefer that you have some form of vocational technical education and/or experience in maintenance work related to mechanical repairs, sheet metal, and welding. If you have a technical interest and have tinkered a lot in other ways at work or privately, that is also of great interest. You have good computer skills and are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are positive, responsible, and quality-conscious, with a good sense of order and cleanliness, 5S. To thrive in this role, you should see problem-solving as a fun challenge and be driven by continuous improvement work. Furthermore, you are flexible, communicative, and have an easy time collaborating with both your closest colleagues and other functions in the factory. Of course, you also work in a safety-conscious manner; safety comes first!
