Description

We are now looking for a project manager for our operations unit in the electricity network with knowledge in project coordination and electricity distribution.

Responsibilities

The project manager will drive smaller operational projects. Examples of such projects may include the replacement of high-voltage and low-voltage switchgear, replacement and repair of auto-selv and other equipment in our electricity network. The project manager should be able to manage projects from the identified need to commissioning and documentation. The project manager should be able to procure and lead external personnel as well as our own staff, but is also expected to perform the physical work independently. During periods of lower workload for project management, you will also be able to assist the operations unit with tasks that normally fall within the role of electricity distribution technician.

The role of electricity distribution technician is varied, and you will perform all tasks related to our electricity network. This includes overhead lines, cables, network stations, transformers, and cable cabinets. You will work with everything we do from the cable termination in the distribution station out to the individual customer. During certain periods, there may be cable laying in the ground, installation of cable cabinets, and foundation work for new network stations, as well as excavating cable damages on existing cables with our excavation contractors. As we sometimes work at heights, you should feel comfortable with this. As an electricity distribution technician, you will work independently and in a team within the operations unit. After completing training, scheduled on-call duty is included.

Qualifications

You have documented experience in performing work corresponding to new and renovation of switchgear in the field of electricity distribution 10 -40 kV. Familiarity with both leading and performing installation and replacement of components in the electricity distribution industry.

You have training as an electrical installer or electricity distribution electrician or other training/experience that we consider equivalent; experience in electricity distribution is an advantage.

You have good physical fitness and enjoy working outdoors, always considering the customer's best interests and wanting to develop both yourself and the company. You are comfortable with reporting and documentation digitally via computer and phone. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

The role requires you to be proactive, structured, quality-conscious, where electrical safety is prioritized, and outgoing as you will handle customers and suppliers on-site. As a person, you are also unpretentious, confident, and responsible. You see opportunities, are positive, and are a team player with a strong service mindset.

A B driver's license is required; a BE driver's license is an advantage. We consider it advantageous if you have training in ESA, EBR, Work on the Road, chainsaw training, forklift certification, and lift training.
