The Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic in Gagnef offers psychiatric specialist care to the adult population in Region Dalarna. We work according to the Gagnef model, which involves close collaboration with Gagnef's health center where we share facilities and some staff. The clinic has a broad specialist psychiatric competence with various professional groups working transprofessionally. There is established collaboration with psychiatric inpatient care, municipalities, other healthcare providers, and other community actors.

You will come to a pleasant workplace with a good atmosphere, an open climate, and excellent collegial cooperation. The clinic consists of a team of psychologists, licensed nurses, medical secretaries, and consulting psychiatrists. The Gagnef Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic and the Rättvik Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic have had the same manager since autumn 2024, and closer collaboration between these clinics has therefore begun.

The placement location is Djurås in Gagnef municipality, with flexibility to possibly vary the placement location between the outpatient psychiatric clinics.

2 Psychologists are sought for the Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic in Gagnef/Djurås Job Responsibilities

As a psychologist, your task is to assess and map difficulties and needs of patients with severe psychiatric conditions. Investigate based on disabilities, diagnostic questions, and possible treatment measures, as well as conduct psychological treatments for both individuals and groups. The work is varied and stimulating, with opportunities for professional development. We continuously work on change and improvement projects where you, as a psychologist, have significant participation.

Requirements:

We are looking for a licensed psychologist who has good initiative and is flexible. You should be able to collaborate while also being able to work independently and be interested in collaborative efforts. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Meritorious:

Travel in the service may occur, so a driver's license is a plus.

Job interviews will be conducted continuously during the application period.

This position requires you to have a valid license for the relevant profession. Your professional license will be checked against the National Board of Health and Welfare's register of licensed healthcare personnel (HOSP) before any job offer is made.
