The Göteborgsfamiljen group gathers some of the city's most popular bars and meeting places. We are now looking for a Brand Experience Coordinator who moves confidently between bar hangouts and mega quizzes as well as briefs and creative meetings. A person who understands that atmosphere is not created by chance; it is created by people, details, energy, and great commitment.

As our ambassador out in the bars, you are the one who feels the pulse first. You build relationships, drive community, pick up vibes, and ensure that each night enhances and refines the brand for the specific bar you are at. You plan and execute events and activations, book DJs according to our music profiles, lead collaborations, and gather guest feedback that helps us refine the experience. And when something happens in the moment – you are there, mobile in hand, capturing what needs to go out on our social channels.

As a Brand Experience Coordinator, you will work with events and activations for Göteborgsfamiljen's restaurants, each with its own concept that needs to shine through, which places high demands on flexibility and sharpness to determine the small details that often make all the difference.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events and activations that create memorable experiences.

• Book, lead, and follow up on our DJs and collaborations.

• Build and nurture relationships and community around our brands.

• Gather guest feedback and translate insights into the development of our concepts.

• Enhance the atmosphere on-site through sound, light, and other mood-enhancing initiatives.

• Support the marketing department with “in the moment” content.

You have experience in events, a natural sense of atmosphere, and are as organized as you are social and humble. You communicate easily and genuinely with all types of people and understand how content works in practice. You enjoy a fast pace, are confident in yourself, and thrive best when the world doesn’t run on a nine-to-five schedule. Evenings and weekends are your prime time, not a necessary evil.
