Assignment Description:

This position will cover for an employee on parental leave. The assignment includes operation, management, development, and support (3rd line) of the M365 suite with a particular focus on Exchange Online. The assignment includes license management for Microsoft as well as training of resources at the client. Experience in a hybrid environment and migration from on-premises to Exchange Online is required.

Experience with Exchange Online Protection including Anti-Spam and Threat Response.

Experience with Microsoft Purview focusing on reviewing correspondence via the municipality's collaboration tools.

To perform the tasks, the consultant must be security vetted.

A confidentiality agreement according to Appendix 3 must be signed upon contract signing.

INTERVIEW:

Täby Municipality will conduct interviews during week 48.

Time frame for the interview:

• 10 min – You will introduce yourself
• 20 min – Interview questions

The interview questions will be based on the requirements related to experience.

The following added values will be evaluated during the interview.

• Your communicative ability, i.e., the consultant's ability to articulate well in speech and the consultant's ability to convey their knowledge.
• Your understanding of the importance of maintaining a high service level and having a professional and positive customer interaction.
• Your ability to handle and communicate time-critical situations.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience with Exchange Online Protection including Anti-Spam and Threat Response.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview focusing on reviewing correspondence via the municipality's collaboration tools.
• To perform the tasks, the consultant must be security vetted.
• Experience in a hybrid environment and migration from on-premises to Exchange Online is required.
• The assignment requires a technician with good communicative skills and experience from similar assignments.
• Achieve competence level 3.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment with Exchange on-prem and online.
• Experience from projects involving migration from on-prem to online.
• Experience from municipal operations and/or public administration.
• Experience working with license management related to Microsoft.
• Experience with the entire M365 suite from both a user and admin perspective.
• Reference assignments MUST be attached to the application.

Desirable Requirements:

• Should have experience with Raindance.
• Should have experience with HR+.
• Should have experience with Procapita.
