About Softhouse

At Softhouse, we are about 300 employees spread over 10 offices, where we together deliver world-class services and software. In the Southeast region, you will find us at our offices in Karlskrona and Karlshamn, where we are a close-knit team of about 65 colleagues. Here we work on various client assignments and team deliveries, both from our own offices and on-site with clients. We value knowledge sharing and enjoy spending time together both at work and outside, through activities like AWS, training, board game nights, annual crayfish parties, and conference and ski trips.

You get it, seniority can mean many things - but more specifically, to succeed in the role we would like you to:

• Have extensive experience in programming and skills in e.g. Java, .NET/C#, Kotlin, Node.js, React, or Vue.
• Be familiar with contributing in all phases of software development such as requirements, architecture, design, testing, and integration.
• Enjoy working according to agile principles and methods.
• Have a college/university degree in a relevant field.
• Be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish and English.
