Business Development, Analysis, and Internal Collaboration
As a business developer, you will be responsible for driving and supporting business development that contributes to the realization of Försäkringskassan's vision and business idea. You are also responsible for identifying development needs and translating them into concrete activities.

The role includes monitoring and being well-informed about current societal developments of significance to Försäkringskassan and analyzing potential consequences for the organization based on this. The work also involves participating in various networks and, among other things, taking part in preparations, business planning, and annual reports. You will drive various types of development work and collaborate with many different business areas/functions.

The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high level of security awareness.

We are looking for someone who

• has a university degree or experience and qualifications that can be deemed equivalent
• has several years of experience in the relevant field and/or business development
• has excellent knowledge of change and development processes
• has good knowledge of project management and various forms of collaboration
• acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
• has the ability to create a useful network
• can understand and analyze complex issues
• brings innovative ideas and solutions that promote development
• collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
• has good communication skills, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you

• have experience working in the relevant field
• have experience working in a large public organization
• have an understanding of digitization and automation
• have previously worked in a staff position in a larger organization.

Other
1 position, permanent, full-time, with start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with Försäkringskassan's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. Swedish citizenship is required for this recruitment. Remote work may be possible if the job allows it. The place of work is at an office of Försäkringskassan where the benefit is represented today.
