Safe HVB Homes:

A smaller residence with 8 placements located in Helsingborg.

Our operations target the group of young people (boys) with emerging psychosocial problems, where there is a risk of crime, substance abuse, and self-harm.

The target group is 14-19 years old. Our HVB homes accept placements from both SOL and LVU.

Job Responsibilities:

With us at tryggahvbhem, you will work with:

• documentation such as journal writing, action plans, monthly reports, etc.
• planning, collaborating, implementing, and documenting meetings with social services and other authorities, healthcare contacts, schools, and networks
• working preventively both verbally and in writing with risk assessments
• carrying out everyday tasks

Who are you:

We are looking for someone with previous experience working with people in difficult life situations and who is calm and balanced with a focus on the well-being of the youth. As a person, you are solution-focused, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook, are stress-resistant, and have good conditions to work in a sometimes tough psychosocial work environment. To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you have an easy time building relationships and possess good teamwork skills.

You have at least a 2-year post-secondary education such as treatment/social pedagogue.
