Assistant Coordinator at JAG Personal Assistance in Southern Stockholm

At JAG Personal Assistance, we are growing and are now looking for another star for the versatile role of assistant coordinator in Southern Stockholm. You will lead some of our clients' assistants, where each day is unique and filled with opportunities to make a real difference in their lives. The role requires flexibility and strong problem-solving skills. To thrive in this role, you should be a social person driven by creating and maintaining good relationships.

We currently have three coordinator groups around the country that work closely together and will be your closest colleagues. In this role, you will sometimes be on-site in the assistance and work as a personal assistant, hold staff meetings, and meet clients. Travel is a natural part of the role, and we see it as an advantage if you enjoy the flexibility and variation it brings. Additionally, you will be responsible for our on-call phone a few times a month, which means you need to be available by phone outside of our office hours.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leadership and guidance of personal assistants
• Scheduling and staffing responsibilities
• Regular meetings, development talks, and salary discussions
• Quality control and introduction of new assistants
• Recruitment of personal assistants
• Partly working as a personal assistant

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in scheduling and staffing
• Has previous experience in leadership and/or recruitment within personal assistance
• Is independent, flexible, and solution-oriented
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and preferably has knowledge of other languages
• Is a positive team player with good collaboration skills
• Plans long-term and takes responsibility for your work
