We are now looking for a preschool teacher for Mossen Preschool. Here, we work together to create a safe and learning environment for the children. The preschool is centrally located in Grums and consists of three departments. You will be part of a team with eight other preschool teachers, where we collectively develop education and learning environments for the children.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching based on the curriculum. You meet the children based on their interests and needs and work to ensure that every child feels a sense of belonging, joy, and development.

In the team, we reflect and develop our learning environments together so that they become clear and accessible to the needs of the child group. In the pedagogical development work, you will have the support of two special educators, and we use the documentation tool Tyra to assist in planning and follow-up.

We work with collegial learning and conduct five training days per year focused on professional development and improving our working methods.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a qualified preschool teacher and who sees children's strengths and needs in daily work. You have the ability to adapt teaching to the child group and collaborate well with colleagues and guardians.

You enjoy taking responsibility and contributing to an open and positive work climate where we learn from each other. You want to be part of driving the operations forward.
