We are looking for a licensed nurse who wants to be part of the municipal home care. Currently, we are seeking a nurse who wants to work in our team that daily operates in special housing/home care.

Job Responsibilities

The work involves being responsible for health and medical care interventions in our special housing/home care in Rydaholm. As the patient-responsible nurse, you need to ensure good care for the patient in close collaboration with other staff. The work includes, in addition to clinical work, providing advice and support to patients, relatives, and other staff categories. We work in multiprofessional teams with a common focus on the patient, which includes nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, unit managers, and nursing assistants.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse or district nurse. As a person, you are confident and have the ability to create a positive climate. You are attentive and empathetic and have an easy time collaborating. You should be able to work independently, plan and make decisions, and organize your work. Taking an active responsibility for developing the organization is seen as a natural part of your work. We value a professional approach and see that you want to be a bearer of it. Patient participation and collaboration with relatives are self-evident to you.

Conditions

A driving license valid for manual transmission is a requirement.
